Close Kachi completely and open it again. If a payment did not finish, you will see "We opened the reading from a payment that didn't finish last time" and the reading opens. If the payment is pending (for example, waiting for family approval or a cash payment), it opens once the payment is confirmed. If it still does not open, email us with your order number.
