이용약관
까치(Kachi)를 쓰는 분과 [사업자 상호](이하 "운영자") 사이의 약속입니다. 앱을 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 까치가 하는 일
까치는 태어난 날짜와 시각, 태어난 도시로 사주를 계산하고, 그 사주를 바탕으로 AI가 쓴 점사(오늘·주간·월간·연간 운세, 연애·종합 사주, '연락할까, 기다릴까?' 등)를 보여 줍니다. 사주 계산은 운영자가 정해 공개한 기준(출생지의 표준시와 서머타임, 분 단위 절기)을 따릅니다. 사주는 유파마다 기준이 달라 다른 곳과 결과가 다를 수 있습니다.
2. AI 점사에 대하여
- 점사는 사주를 바탕으로 AI가 쓴 문화·오락·자기성찰 콘텐츠입니다.
- 미래나 다른 사람의 마음을 보장하지 않으며, 의료·법률·재정·심리 상담 같은 전문가의 조언을 대신하지 않습니다.
- 점사를 읽고 내리는 결정은 이용자의 몫입니다. 중요한 일은 그 분야의 전문가와 상의해 주세요.
- AI는 같은 사주로도 매번 다른 문장을 씁니다. 글이 달라도 계산한 사주와 판정은 같습니다.
3. 이용 자격
까치는 만 18세 이상만 쓸 수 있습니다. 대한민국에서 만 19세 미만인 분이 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 본인이나 법정대리인이 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다.
4. 계정
- 앱을 처음 열면 이 폰에 계정이 만들어집니다. 따로 가입하지 않아도 됩니다.
- 구글이나 애플 계정을 연결하지 않으면, 앱을 지우거나 폰을 바꿨을 때 그동안의 점사를 다시 찾을 수 없습니다. 프로필의 '기록 지키기'에서 연결해 두세요.
- 계정은 언제든 프로필에서 삭제할 수 있습니다(계정 삭제 안내).
5. 유료 점사와 결제
- 점사는 한 번 사서 한 번 보는 디지털 콘텐츠이며, Google Play 또는 App Store에서 결제합니다. 정기 결제(구독)는 없습니다.
- 값은 결제 화면에 앱 마켓이 정한 그 나라의 가격으로 보입니다.
- 처음 몇 번의 오늘의 운세와 주간 운세, 그리고 생일과 입춘의 점사는 무료로 받을 수 있습니다. 무료 점사의 횟수와 날은 운영자가 정하며, 미리 알리고 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 산 점사는 계정에 남아 언제든 다시 읽을 수 있습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 산 점사도 함께 지워집니다.
6. 청약철회와 환불
- 점사는 결제가 끝나면 바로 쓰여 열리는 디지털 콘텐츠입니다. 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라, 풀이가 열리기 시작한 뒤에는 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 결제 전에 무료 점사로 어떤 풀이인지 미리 볼 수 있습니다.
- 결제했는데 풀이를 쓰지 못했거나 열리지 않았다면, 다시 결제하지 않아도 그 점사를 다시 쓸 수 있습니다. 앱을 다시 열면 마치지 못한 결제의 점사가 자동으로 열립니다. 그래도 받지 못했다면 환불해 드립니다.
- 내용이 표시·광고와 다르거나 결함이 있는 경우에는 「전자상거래법」이 정한 기간 안에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다.
- 환불은 결제한 앱 마켓을 통해 이루어집니다.
- Google Play: 결제 후 48시간 안에는 Google Play에서 직접 요청할 수 있고, 그 뒤에는 support@zeroplusone.co로 주문 번호(GPA로 시작)와 함께 보내 주세요.
- App Store: 애플의 문제 신고 페이지에서 요청합니다. 환불 여부는 애플이 정합니다.
7. 하지 말아야 할 일
- 앱이나 서버를 뜯어보거나(역설계), 자동화된 방법으로 대량 요청을 보내는 일
- 결제를 우회하거나 같은 결제를 여러 번 쓰려는 일
- 다른 사람의 출생 정보를 그 사람의 동의 없이 넣는 일
- 점사를 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 속이는 데 쓰는 일
- 법을 어기거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 일
이를 어기면 미리 알린 뒤 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 급하거나 피해가 큰 경우에는 먼저 제한하고 나중에 알립니다.
8. 권리
앱의 그림, 글, 디자인, 소프트웨어의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 받은 점사를 개인적으로 읽고, 앱의 공유 카드로 나눌 수 있습니다. 점사를 모아 팔거나 다른 서비스에 쓰는 등 상업적으로 쓰려면 미리 허락을 받아야 합니다.
9. 서비스의 변경과 중단
운영자는 점사의 종류와 내용, 가격, 무료 점사를 바꿀 수 있으며, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 미리 알립니다. 점검이나 장애, 천재지변 등으로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 서비스를 끝내야 할 때는 30일 전에 알립니다.
10. 책임의 한계
운영자는 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 점사의 내용을 믿고 내린 결정으로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 이용자의 잘못으로 생긴 손해나, 앱 마켓·통신사 등 운영자가 관리할 수 없는 곳의 장애로 생긴 손해도 같습니다. 다만 법이 운영자의 책임을 정한 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.
11. 약관의 변경
약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
12. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 생기면 먼저 support@zeroplusone.co로 알려 주세요. 소송은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에 냅니다. 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호법이 이용자에게 주는 권리는 이 약관으로 줄어들지 않습니다.

These terms are an agreement between you and [Business name] ("we"), which runs Kachi. By using the app you agree to them.
Effective October 16, 2026
1. What Kachi does
Kachi calculates your saju (Korean four pillars) chart from your date, time and city of birth, and shows AI-written readings based on it: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly fortunes, love and overall readings, "Text or Wait?" and others. The chart follows rules we publish: the standard time of your birth city including daylight saving, and the 24 solar terms placed to the minute. Saju schools differ, so other services may give a different chart.
2. About AI readings
- Readings are AI-written content for entertainment and self-reflection, based on your chart.
- They do not predict the future or what another person feels, and they are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
- Decisions you make after reading are yours. For anything important, talk to a qualified professional.
- The AI writes new sentences each time. The calculated chart and its grades stay the same.
3. Who can use Kachi
You must be 18 or older. Where the age of majority is higher (19 in Korea), a purchase made without a guardian's consent can be cancelled as local law allows.
4. Your account
- Kachi creates an account on your phone the first time you open it. No sign-up is needed.
- If you do not connect Google or Apple, your readings cannot be recovered after you delete the app or change phones. Connect an account under "Keep your readings" in your profile.
- You can delete your account at any time (how to delete).
5. Paid readings
- Each reading is a one-time digital purchase made through Google Play or the App Store. There are no subscriptions.
- Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency, as set by the store.
- Your first few daily and weekly fortunes, and readings on your birthday and on Ipchun, can be free. We decide how many and on which days, and may change this with notice.
- Readings you buy stay in your account to read again. Deleting your account deletes them too.
6. Refunds
- A reading is digital content written and delivered right after you pay. Once it opens, it cannot be returned, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. You can try free readings before buying.
- If you paid and the reading was not written or did not open, you can have it written again without paying again. Reopening the app opens readings from purchases that were not finished. If you still did not receive it, we will refund you.
- Refunds go through the store you paid with:
- Google Play: within 48 hours, ask Google Play directly. After that, email support@zeroplusone.co with your order number (it starts with GPA).
- App Store: use Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple decides App Store refunds.
7. What you may not do
- Reverse-engineer the app or server, or send automated bulk requests.
- Get around payment, or use one purchase more than once.
- Enter another person's birth details without their permission.
- Use readings to harass or deceive anyone.
- Break the law or interfere with the service.
If you do, we may limit your use after telling you, or right away when it is urgent or causing harm.
8. Ownership
The art, text, design and software of Kachi belong to us. You may read your readings for yourself and share them with the app's share cards. Do not sell or reuse readings commercially without our permission.
9. Changes to the service
We may change readings, prices and free readings, and we will tell you in advance about changes that are worse for you. The service may pause for maintenance or outages. If we ever shut Kachi down, we will tell you at least 30 days before.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Kachi is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions made in reliance on a reading. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for our intent or gross negligence.
11. App stores
If you got Kachi from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for Kachi. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to your purchases. These terms are between you and us, not with Apple or Google.
12. Changes to these terms
We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that are worse for you. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you have a dispute, please email support@zeroplusone.co first. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
