계정 삭제
까치 계정과 그 안의 기록을 지우는 방법입니다. 앱을 이미 지웠어도 구글이나 애플 계정을 연결해 두었다면 이 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱에서 지우기
- 까치를 열고 홈 오른쪽 위의 프로필로 갑니다.
- 맨 아래의 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 확인을 누르면 바로 계정이 닫히고, 이 폰은 새로 시작합니다.
앱을 지운 뒤 웹에서 지우기
구글이나 애플 계정을 연결해 두었다면, 그 계정의 이메일 주소를 넣어 주세요. 확인 메일을 보내 드리고, 메일의 링크를 누르면 삭제가 시작됩니다. 링크는 72시간 동안 한 번만 쓸 수 있습니다.
애플에서 이메일 가리기를 골랐다면 애플이 만든 주소(privaterelay.appleid.com)를 넣어 주세요. 그 주소로 온 메일은 원래 메일함으로 전달됩니다.
구글·애플을 연결하지 않은 계정
연결하지 않은 계정은 그 폰 안의 열쇠로만 열립니다. 앱을 지우면 운영자도 어느 계정인지 알 수 없어 웹에서는 지울 수 없습니다. 앱을 지우기 전에 앱에서 계정을 삭제해 주세요. 궁금한 점은 support@zeroplusone.co로 보내 주세요.
지워지는 것
- 출생 정보(태어난 날짜·시각·도시)와 고른 성별
- 사주와 받은 모든 점사, 그 풀이 글
- 까치가 기억하는 것
- 구글·애플 계정 연결과 로그인 기록
남는 것
- 계정과의 연결을 끊은 이용 수치(예: 어느 마켓에서 어떤 점사가 열렸는지). 개인을 알아볼 수 없습니다.
- 삭제 요청이 있었다는 최소한의 기록
- 결제 기록은 Google Play·App Store가 각자의 정책에 따라 보관합니다.
걸리는 시간
계정은 요청하는 즉시 닫혀 더는 열 수 없습니다. 기록은 보통 몇 분 안에 지워지며, 구글·애플 연결 해제가 잠시 실패하면 끝날 때까지 자동으로 다시 시도합니다. 서버 접속 기록은 늦어도 3개월 안에, 장애 대비 백업에 남은 기록은 늦어도 35일 안에 지워집니다.
까치에는 정기 결제가 없어 따로 해지할 것이 없습니다. 계정을 지워도 이미 산 점사가 환불되지는 않습니다. 환불은 이용약관의 6번을 봐 주세요.
Delete your account
How to delete your Kachi account and everything in it. If you connected Google or Apple, you can ask here even after uninstalling the app.
In the app
- Open Kachi and go to Profile in the top-right corner of Home.
- Tap Delete my account at the very bottom.
- Confirm. The account closes at once and this phone starts fresh.
On the web, after uninstalling
If you connected a Google or Apple account, enter its email address. We will send a confirmation email, and the deletion starts only when you open its link. The link works once, for 72 hours.
If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, enter the address Apple made for you (privaterelay.appleid.com). Mail sent there reaches your real inbox.
Accounts without Google or Apple
An account that was never connected opens only with a key stored on that phone. Once the app is removed, we cannot tell which account was yours, so it cannot be deleted from the web. Please delete it in the app before uninstalling. Questions: support@zeroplusone.co.
What gets deleted
- Your birth details (date, time and city) and your sex, if you chose it
- Your chart and every reading, including its text
- What Kachi remembers
- Your Google or Apple connection and your sign-in records
What is kept
- Usage counts disconnected from your account (for example, which reading was opened in which store). They cannot identify you.
- A minimal record that a deletion was requested
- Google Play and the App Store keep their own purchase records under their policies.
How long it takes
The account closes the moment you ask and cannot be opened again. Your records are usually gone within minutes. If unlinking from Google or Apple fails for a moment, our system retries until it is done. Server access logs are gone within 3 months, and copies in our failure backups within 35 days.
Kachi has no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Deleting your account does not refund readings you bought; see section 6 of the Terms of Use for refunds.
