거부하는 방법: 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 점사를 받지 않으면 됩니다. 이 경우 점사는 쓸 수 없지만, 사주 계산(내 사주)은 국외 이전 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 이미 받은 점사는 계정을 삭제해 지울 수 있습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든 자기 개인정보를 보고, 고치고, 지우고, 처리를 멈추라고 요구할 수 있습니다.
보기: 앱의 '내 사주', 점사 목록, 프로필에서 바로 볼 수 있습니다.
고치기: 프로필 → 출생 정보 수정
지우기: 프로필의 '까치가 기억하는 것'에서 하나씩, 또는 프로필 맨 아래 '계정 삭제'로 전부. 앱을 지웠다면 계정 삭제 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
그 밖의 요청: support@zeroplusone.co로 보내 주세요. 법정대리인이나 위임받은 사람도 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인인지 확인한 뒤 10일 안에 답합니다.
9. 안전하게 지키는 방법
앱과 서버 사이의 모든 통신을 암호화합니다(HTTPS).
로그인 토큰과 결제 확인값은 원문 대신 해시로 둡니다.
서버 기록(로그)에 출생 정보와 풀이 원문을 남기지 않습니다.
서버와 데이터베이스에 들어갈 수 있는 사람과 권한을 꼭 필요한 만큼으로 줄입니다.
비밀 열쇠는 서버의 보호된 저장소에만 두고 앱에 넣지 않습니다.
10. 자동으로 수집하는 장치
앱과 이 사이트는 광고·추적용 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 앱은 로그인을 이어 가려고 폰의 보안 저장소에 계정 열쇠를 두고, 언어와 알림 같은 설정을 폰에 저장합니다. 이 사이트는 고른 언어만 브라우저에 기억합니다. 아침 알림은 폰 안에서 예약하며 서버로 알림 정보를 보내지 않습니다.
11. 나이 제한
까치는 만 18세 이상만 쓸 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 받지 않으며, 받은 사실을 알게 되면 바로 지웁니다.
이 처리방침을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지에 알립니다. 이용자의 권리에 큰 영향을 주는 변경은 30일 전에 알리고, 필요하면 다시 동의를 받습니다.

Privacy Policy
[Business name] ("we") runs the Kachi app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who processes it for us, and when we delete it. It applies to the Kachi app and to these pages.
Effective October 16, 2026
1. What we collect
Needed to use Kachi
Birth details: date of birth, time of birth (you can leave it blank), country and city of birth, and that city's standard time and time zone.
Account details: a random account identifier the app creates on your phone, and sign-in tokens (we store only a hash of each token).
Your readings: which readings you received and when, the text Kachi wrote for you, the situation you chose in "Text or Wait?" (such as the stage of the relationship and how long since you last talked), and anything shown under "What Kachi remembers" in your profile.
Purchases: the store (Google Play or the App Store), the product, the order number, a hash of the purchase proof, and the time of purchase.
Usage and device data: screens viewed and buttons tapped in the app (for example, "opened the readings list" or "started a purchase"), your device language and time zone, IP address, device and app type (user agent), and access times.
Only if you choose
Sex: if you choose it, we also read your ten-year luck cycles (daeun). It is optional.
Linking a Google or Apple account: the email address and account identifier that service gives us. If you use Hide My Email, we receive Apple's relay address. For Apple, we also keep the token we need to unlink the account later.
Reports: the reading you report and the reason you pick.
Support email: your address and what you write to us.
We collect this from you, from Google or Apple when you link an account, from Google Play or the App Store when we check a purchase, and automatically while you use the app.
2. What we do not collect or keep
Partner choice in the love reading: if you tell us your partner's gender, we use it only to write that reading and erase it as soon as the reading opens, or within 24 hours if you leave without buying. It is never written to our logs.
We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or advertising ID.
Card numbers and other payment details are handled by the store. We never receive them.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. There are no ads or third-party analytics tools in the app or on these pages.
3. How we use it
To calculate your saju chart and write your readings (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, love and overall).
To keep your readings in your account, and to bring them to another phone if you link Google or Apple.
To confirm store purchases, unlock what you bought, and count your free readings (your first few, your birthday, and Ipchun).
To keep sign-in secure and prevent abuse, such as using one purchase twice.
To answer you and to send the confirmation email when you ask to delete your account on the web.
To improve Kachi using counts that do not identify you. Never for advertising.
4. Who processes it for us
We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.
Your saju chart as we calculated it (the eight characters and the flow of your luck, plus luck cycles if you chose your sex), the reading type and date, the situation you chose in "Text or Wait?", chart details tied to the partner choice in the love reading, and your app language. We do not send your date of birth, birth city, email address or device data.
Retention
Under the Gemini API terms for paid services, Google does not use this content to improve its products and keeps it only for a limited period to detect abuse.

Purchases themselves are between you and Google Play or the App Store, and their privacy policies apply to them. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm.
5. International transfers
Our servers are in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Reading text is written by Google in the United States and other countries where Google has data centers, and purchases are verified with Google and Apple in the United States. Information is always sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). If you do not want your chart sent to Google, you can choose not to get readings; you can still see your calculated chart (My Saju) without it.
6. How long we keep it
Until you delete your account. When you delete it, we block the account at once and then erase your birth details and sex, your chart and readings, what Kachi remembers, your linked accounts and your sign-in records. If unlinking from Google or Apple fails for a moment, our system keeps retrying until it is done.
The partner choice in the love reading is erased as described in section 2.
A web deletion request expires if its confirmation link is not used within 72 hours. We keep only a minimal record of the request.
Server access logs kept for security are kept for up to 3 months and deleted automatically.
We back up the database once a day in case of failure. Records from a deleted account can remain in backups for up to 35 days, until those backups are deleted. Backups are used only to restore the service.
After deletion, the only thing left is usage counts disconnected from your account (for example, which reading was opened in which store). They cannot identify you.
Google and Apple keep their own records of your purchases under their policies. If a law requires us to keep certain records, we keep them, separately, for as long as that law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
See your information: My Saju, your readings list and your profile show what we hold.
Correct it: Profile → Edit birth details.
Delete it: remove single items under "What Kachi remembers", or delete everything with "Delete my account" at the bottom of your profile. If you already removed the app, use the account deletion page.
Anything else: email support@zeroplusone.co. We answer after confirming the request comes from you, normally within 10 days and no later than the law allows.
8. US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to get a copy of it; to correct it; and to delete it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
In the last 12 months we collected these categories, for the purposes in section 3 and from the sources in section 1: identifiers (account identifier, email if linked, IP address); commercial information (purchases); internet or other electronic activity (app usage); and other personal information you give us (birth details, and sex if you choose it). We disclosed them only to the service providers in section 4.
To use a right, email support@zeroplusone.co or use the in-app tools above. An authorized agent may ask for you with your written permission. We verify requests by confirming control of the account or the linked email address.
9. Security
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS).
Sign-in tokens and purchase proofs are stored as hashes, not as the originals.
Our logs do not contain birth details or reading text.
Access to servers and the database is limited to what is needed.
Secret keys live only in the server's protected store, never in the app.
The app and these pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The app keeps its account key in your phone's secure storage and your settings (such as language and reminders) on the phone. These pages only remember the language you picked. The morning reminder is scheduled on your phone; nothing about it is sent to our server.
10. Age requirement
Kachi is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea). If we learn that we have, we delete it.
11. Changes
We post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect, and at least 30 days before for changes that significantly affect your rights.
